We provide regular and reliable technical maintenance for your property throughout the year, ensuring everything runs smoothly — even when you’re away.

Routine and Preventive Maintenance

Our local presence allows us to intervene quickly and keep your home in perfect condition. We inspect your property every two weeks to carry out a full check-up:

  • Systems check: heating, water, electricity, and appliances

  • Ventilation, humidity control, and signs of wear or damage

  • Minor preventive repairs and adjustments

PROMPT INTERVENTION IN CASE OF ISSUES

If a breakdown or damage is reported by a guest:

  • Immediate troubleshooting or coordination with a professional

  • Supervision of repairs and follow-up

SEASONAL MAINTENANCE

Mountain properties require special attention throughout the seasons. We take care of both indoor and outdoor seasonal upkeep — including green spaces.

Our services include:

  • Autumn preparation: storing outdoor furniture and equipment,
    winterizing installations

  • Specific winter checks and monitoring during extended vacancy periods

  • Cleaning of high windows using a lift, carried out upon request

Some maintenance services may incur additional charges, which will always be communicated and approved in advance.
